How to make egg yolk cookies

  1. Sift the cooked egg yolk into powder and mix well with other dry ingredients.
  1. This is how you sift the cooked egg yolk. Just use your fingers to press it on the sieve. It’s very easy.
  1. Add all the wet ingredients, mix well and knead into a dough (the little white dots in the picture are a handful of coconut flakes I sprinkled on top, which adds to the flavor and is quite fragrant haha).
  1. Divide into equal portions and roll into balls, flatten directly or use cookie molds, bake in the middle layer of the oven at 160 degrees for 25-30 minutes, keeping an eye on them to make sure they are not burnt.
  1. Remove from oven and let cool, then seal and store.
