Fried tofu recipe
- Tofu is cut into pieces like this. I bought a pound of tofu and fried it all.
- I usually fry things with corn oil. I use my son’s old small pot. Bring the oil to a boil and put the chopsticks in. It’s done when there are small bubbles next to the chopsticks. Put the tofu in piece by piece and try not to stick them together.
- Fry until the tofu floats up, then remove
- I used two kinds of barbecue seasoning, one is spicy and the other is not spicy, and the amount of cumin powder and white sesame is as shown in the picture. If you want a spicier taste, you can add some chili powder. Pour hot oil on it and mix well.
- Marinate the kimchi in advance, then put the tofu kimchi and the dipping sauce you just made in a bowl and mix them evenly.
- The tofu is crispy and fragrant, and the kimchi is sour and spicy. The taste of the small condiments is invincible when you put them in your mouth. It is not inferior to any fried tofu with kimchi sold outside. The kimchi recipe will be taken when I make it next time and I will arrange it for you
