How to make fried bean curd with meat
- Soak the bean curd sheets in advance (you can also buy soaked ones directly), and cut the other side dishes and set aside.
- Cut the pork into thin slices, add light soy sauce, soy sauce, cooking wine and salt, mix well and marinate for 10 minutes.
- Heat a small amount of oil in a pan, stir-fry the fat until golden brown, then add the lean meat and stir-fry until it changes color and serve.
- Leave some oil in the pan, add minced garlic, green and red peppers and bean curd in turn, stir-fry evenly, and add appropriate amount of salt.
- Pour the pork into the pot and stir-fry together, add a little light soy sauce and a little water and simmer for 3 minutes.
- Finally, add garlic leaves and stir-fry evenly before serving.
