How to make garlic and scallion cheese bread
- Put eggs, salt, sugar, water, high powder, yeast into the bread machine

- Fermentation 2-3 times larger

- Take out the fermented dough to exhaust and shape it

- While the fermentation process, we prepare the filling, soften the butter in advance, chop the minced garlic and mix with butter, add a little salt and mix well and cut into small pieces.

- Take out the fermented bread body twice, use a knife to cut it from the middle (do not scratch it to the bottom) Use a knife to push the garlic to the sides, then sprinkle with chopped green onion, add cheese, and add egg liquid

- Preheat the oven in advance for 160° baking, 20 minutes. The middle layer of my oven has a bad temper. After just taking the exam, the surface is colored quickly. Turn on the oven and put tin foil on it to avoid severe burning.
