Chicken wings
12-15 pieces
Garlic
2-3 bulbs
Spring onions

Garlic Chicken Wings | Kids’ Favorite Recipe
- Clean the chicken wings and cut them in half. Add green onions and a few slices of ginger.

- Add one tablespoon of cooking wine.

- A pinch of pepper

- 2 tablespoons soy sauce

- 2 tablespoons Orleans marinade

- Mix well and marinate for 30/40 minutes

- When the oil temperature reaches 60%, put the chicken wings into the pan and fry them one by one (fry over medium-low heat)

- Fry until golden brown.

- In another pan, sauté the minced garlic until fragrant. Remember not to use high heat, but medium-low heat. Stir-fry for a little longer to dry out the moisture and until slightly browned.

- Add appropriate amount of soy sauce and a small spoonful of sugar, stir fry evenly, sprinkle with chopped green onions and serve.
