Garlic Chicken Wings | Kids’ Favorite Recipe

  1. Clean the chicken wings and cut them in half. Add green onions and a few slices of ginger.
  1. Add one tablespoon of cooking wine.
  1. A pinch of pepper
  1. 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  1. 2 tablespoons Orleans marinade
  1. Mix well and marinate for 30/40 minutes
  1. When the oil temperature reaches 60%, put the chicken wings into the pan and fry them one by one (fry over medium-low heat)
  1. Fry until golden brown.
  1. In another pan, sauté the minced garlic until fragrant. Remember not to use high heat, but medium-low heat. Stir-fry for a little longer to dry out the moisture and until slightly browned.
  1. Add appropriate amount of soy sauce and a small spoonful of sugar, stir fry evenly, sprinkle with chopped green onions and serve.
