Rock Sugar

Yellow Rice Wine

Dark Soy Sauce

Light Soy Sauce

Garlic Roasted Ribs
- Wash the ribs

- Add two tablespoons of minced garlic

- A spoonful of cooking wine

- 2 tablespoons soy sauce

- 1/2 tsp dark soy sauce

- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce

- Black pepper to taste

- Half spoon of sugar + a pinch of salt

- Mix well and marinate for more than an hour

- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees in advance, place the ribs on a baking tray lined with tin foil, bake in the middle layer of the oven at 200°C for 20 minutes, take out, turn over, brush with the marinated ribs sauce, and continue to bake at 200°C for 15 minutes.
