Garlic Spare Ribs

  1. First, marinate the ribs
  1. Wash the ribs, add minced garlic, half a spoon of salt, a spoon of sugar, two spoons of soy sauce, a spoon of cooking wine, a spoon of oyster sauce, and two spoons of starch, mix well and marinate for two hours
  1. Heat a proper amount of oil in a pan until bubbles appear when touched by chopsticks. Add the ribs one by one and fry them slowly over low heat until both sides are golden brown. Fry for about 10 minutes and remove from the pan.
  1. Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat, pour in the spareribs and fry for one minute before removing.
