How to cook enoki mushroom with vermicelli and garlic sauce

  1. Pour hot oil over minced garlic and add 2 spoons of soy sauce
  1. Add a spoonful of oyster sauce
  1. Add a small spoonful of salt
  1. A teaspoon of sugar
  1. Soak the vermicelli in warm water until soft and spread it on the bottom of the plate
  1. Wash the enoki mushrooms and place them on the vermicelli
  1. Pour the sauce on the enoki mushrooms and add the chili peppers.
  1. Steam for 8 minutes
  1. Sprinkle with chopped green onions, drizzle with a spoonful of steamed fish sauce, and pour hot oil.
