How to cook enoki mushroom with vermicelli and garlic sauce
- Pour hot oil over minced garlic and add 2 spoons of soy sauce
- Add a spoonful of oyster sauce
- Add a small spoonful of salt
- A teaspoon of sugar
- Soak the vermicelli in warm water until soft and spread it on the bottom of the plate
- Wash the enoki mushrooms and place them on the vermicelli
- Pour the sauce on the enoki mushrooms and add the chili peppers.
- Steam for 8 minutes
- Sprinkle with chopped green onions, drizzle with a spoonful of steamed fish sauce, and pour hot oil.
