- Add flour to the grapes, wash thoroughly.
- Peel the grapes, separating the skin from the flesh.
- Add grape skins to 600 ml of water and boil until color is released.
- Remove the grape skins and discard them.
- While it’s hot, add the agar powder and sugar, stirring well to ensure they dissolve completely. Make sure the mixture is poured immediately after boiling to help the agar powder and sugar fully melt.
- Pour the liquid into a cup, let it cool to room temperature, and then refrigerate until it solidifies.
- After chilling, pour in your preferred soy milk, coconut milk, or regular milk.
- Break up the grape jelly, and it’s ready to enjoy!
