The recipe for Jintang Douban Crispy (Silkworm Douban)

  1. The fava beans are very good and fresh, but there are a few that are not enough to stir fry a small bowl. Then we can only look for other ingredients and stew them together
  1. Peel broad beans into broad bean paste, peel and cut a tomato into pieces, and mix an egg with a little salt and cooking wine to make egg mixture. Find a few fresh scallions from the flowerpot.
  1. Add oil to the pot, first add some chopped scallions and stir fry until fragrant, then add Douban and stir fry over medium heat for 1 minute.
  1. Add 1 small bowl of water and simmer for 1 minute.
  1. Add tomatoes, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of sugar, and simmer over low heat for 2 minutes.
  1. Turn on high heat, pour in the egg mixture, wait for 15 seconds for the eggs to solidify slightly, stir fry a few times, then reduce the heat to low and simmer for 1-2 minutes.
