The recipe for Jintang Douban Crispy (Silkworm Douban)
- To commemorate this special May Fourth Youth Day, we would like to thank the neighborhood committee for helping our team find a great vegetable blind box. Unexpectedly, there was also a small packet of local fava beans in it 😘

- The fava beans are very good and fresh, but there are a few that are not enough to stir fry a small bowl. Then we can only look for other ingredients and stew them together

- Peel broad beans into broad bean paste, peel and cut a tomato into pieces, and mix an egg with a little salt and cooking wine to make egg mixture. Find a few fresh scallions from the flowerpot.

- Add oil to the pot, first add some chopped scallions and stir fry until fragrant, then add Douban and stir fry over medium heat for 1 minute.

- Add 1 small bowl of water and simmer for 1 minute.

- Add tomatoes, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of sugar, and simmer over low heat for 2 minutes.

- Turn on high heat, pour in the egg mixture, wait for 15 seconds for the eggs to solidify slightly, stir fry a few times, then reduce the heat to low and simmer for 1-2 minutes.

- Sprinkle chopped scallions on the pot! It’s still very delicious
