Espresso coffee

Condensed milk

Matcha Coffee Latte

  1. Brew one shot of espresso.
  1. Mix the matcha powder with hot water until smooth. I used Seiran matcha powder and added a generous amount for a rich, intense matcha flavor!









  1. Add condensed milk to the espresso and stir until well combined.
  1. Pour the coffee with condensed milk into a cup.
  1. Add a suitable amount of ice cubes.
  1. Slowly pour in the chilled fresh milk.
  1. Slowly pour the matcha liquid along the wall of the glass. Finally, garnish with a delicate, daisy-like marshmallow on top to add an enchanting touch—evoking a dreamy, ethereal vibe straight out of an enchanted forest!
  1. Even without marshmallows, it still looks great!
