How to make raw sea cucumbers
- Wash the live sea cucumber, cut it with scissors from the small hole on one end to the other end, take out the internal organs, cut off the tooth part, wash it again, soak it in salt water for a while, take it out, and cut it into thin slices (not too thin, about 3 or 4 mm)
- After cutting the sea cucumber, place it in boiling water and blanch it for about 30 seconds and take it out immediately.
- Immediately place in cold water with ice cubes
- Chop the small peppers, red chili peppers, onions, garlic, and coriander into fine pieces. Add rice vinegar and mushroom essence to a bowl.
- Place the sea cucumber on step 4. Finally, mix the horseradish and light soy sauce evenly, pour it on and mix well.
