The recipe for non baked egg pudding

  1. Mix egg yolk with fine sugar evenly
  1. Mix milk and cream evenly with egg yolk mixture
  1. Add vanilla extract to the egg and milk mixture and mix well
  1. Pour the egg and milk mixture into the pot, stir while heating over low heat. After small bubbles appear in the egg and milk mixture, turn off the heat and let it cool
  1. Add fish gelatin powder to warm water, stir over hot water until melted, and then pour into warm egg and milk mixture
  1. If using gelatin tablets, first break them into small pieces and soak them in cold water (100ml) until soft, then melt them over hot water
  1. Screen the egg and milk liquid three times
  1. Pour the sieved egg and milk mixture evenly into a cup, use a toothpick to remove any surface bubbles, and refrigerate for 4 hours
  1. After the pudding solidifies, add raspberries, blueberries, and mint leaves for decoration
