How to cook onion beef
- Wash the peppercorns and add boiling water

- After cooling the pepper water, filter out the pepper.

- Minced beef

- Cut onions for later use

- Pour the chopped meat filling into pepper water in batches, stir in one direction until absorbed and then add it to the next time.

- Stir-fried beef filling

- Add chopped green onion, natural fresh, salt, sesame oil, chicken essence (can not be added) and stir evenly in one direction

- Add appropriate amount of oil and stir in one direction

- Add onions in one direction and stir evenly and set aside for later use

- Now let’s prepare the pastry, stir the flour and make the batter and it will turn into pastry.

- Don’t be too thin, it’s not easy to wrap the puffs in the back. Put the prepared pastry aside for later use

- Add flour to yeast and sugar to mix

- While pouring warm water, stirring it in one direction with chopsticks.

- Apply oil on your hands to knead the wet dough into a ball

- Seal with plastic wrap, ferment twice as big as warm

- Apply a layer of oil on the panel, pour the fermented dough on top and gently knead the dough to exhaust the air

- Press it into a large dough piece with your hands and apply the pastry evenly with the scraper.

- Roll it up from top to bottom (I didn’t take a photo at this step, my hands were too oily and couldn’t get it, so I used another picture of the prescription)

- Cut into evenly sized dough and pinch it tightly at the cut (I didn’t take a photo at this step, and my hands were too oily to be able to get it. Use another picture)

- Then flatten the paste at the pinched mouth on both sides, turn it over and wrap it with meat filling, just like a bun, then close the mouth and wake it up for 15-20 minutes.

- Preheat the non-stick pan and brush a layer of oil. Put the awakened dough cakes on and gently flatten them with your hands. Then brush with a layer of oil, cover and fry under medium heat.

- Fry until golden on both sides

- It’s out of the pot, it’s fragrant. I said this is a pie, and my husband said they all call it fire

- It’s really delicious. The filling inside can also be made with onion beef hot buns, onion beef dumplings, or the onion beef dumplings can be replaced with celery and beef dumplings.

- Before I could take a good photo, my son took a bite 😂😂😂
