Recipe for Oreo Whipped Coffee
- Prepare a coffee machine.
- Open the water tank and add an appropriate amount of drinking water, above the MIN line and below the MAX line.
- Weigh 8 grams of coffee beans and pour them into a grinder. Grind into powder, pour into the filter, and level and tamp it down.
- Place the filter into the coffee machine’s funnel, insert it at the “Insert” position, and rotate it to the right to the “Lock” position. Place a glass cup under the funnel and extract a single cup of coffee for later use.
- Place 3 Oreo cookies into a ziplock bag or a storage bag, crush them with a rolling pin, and set aside.
- Whip 100g of heavy cream with 10g of sugar until it reaches 80-90% stiffness. Choose your preferred piping tip and fill a piping bag with the whipped cream for later use.
- Fill a glass with 2/3 of the crushed Oreo cookies, pour in 70ml of fresh milk, add an appropriate amount of ice cubes, and slowly pour 70ml of brewed coffee along the back of a spoon into the glass.

- Pipe the whipped cream over the coffee, sprinkle the remaining crushed Oreo on top of the whipped cream, and add a whole Oreo cookie for decoration. A rich and delicious Oreo whipped coffee is ready!
