Recipe for Oreo Whipped Coffee

  1. Prepare a coffee machine.
  1. Open the water tank and add an appropriate amount of drinking water, above the MIN line and below the MAX line.
  1. Weigh 8 grams of coffee beans and pour them into a grinder. Grind into powder, pour into the filter, and level and tamp it down.
  1. Place the filter into the coffee machine’s funnel, insert it at the “Insert” position, and rotate it to the right to the “Lock” position. Place a glass cup under the funnel and extract a single cup of coffee for later use.
  1. Place 3 Oreo cookies into a ziplock bag or a storage bag, crush them with a rolling pin, and set aside.
  1. Whip 100g of heavy cream with 10g of sugar until it reaches 80-90% stiffness. Choose your preferred piping tip and fill a piping bag with the whipped cream for later use.
  1. Fill a glass with 2/3 of the crushed Oreo cookies, pour in 70ml of fresh milk, add an appropriate amount of ice cubes, and slowly pour 70ml of brewed coffee along the back of a spoon into the glass.
  1. See how beautiful it looks!
  1. Pipe the whipped cream over the coffee, sprinkle the remaining crushed Oreo on top of the whipped cream, and add a whole Oreo cookie for decoration. A rich and delicious Oreo whipped coffee is ready!
