The recipe for the oven version of beef skewers

  1. Wash the beef and cut it into small cubes. Seasoning: salt, sugar, soy sauce, white pepper, one egg (grilled three times, found that adding an egg to the skewers is even more tender and smooth than egg white), starch, ginger, and yellow wine are mixed together and marinated for one hour to taste! Finally, pour some peanut oil to lock in the moisture and let it bake later to create a tender texture!
  1. Skewer the grilled meat and let it go freely! During the process of curing meat, wash the bamboo sticks and soak them in salt water to prevent them from entering the oven and turning black!
  1. Lay the tin foil and sprinkle the seasoning before entering the oven. Seasoning: cumin powder, cumin granules, sesame seeds, chili powder (according to personal preference). I think cumin powder and cumin granules have different tastes, but they both enhance the aroma!
  1. Preheat the oven in advance: 230 degrees, 15 minutes, flip it in the middle, sprinkle the same seasoning! If you like scallions, you can also join!
