Portuguese egg tart recipe

  1. Add sugar and eggs to the milk and mix thoroughly with a hand whisk. Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  1. Add in whipping cream and mix again.
  1. Sieve the egg tart liquid and pour it into the tart crust until it is about 90% full. Bake in the middle layer of the oven at 200℃ for about 25 minutes.
