Light soy sauce

How to cook taro
- Peel and cut taro into pieces, set aside
- Chop ginger, garlic and shallots and set aside
- Heat oil in a pan and add minced ginger and garlic until fragrant
- Add the chopped taro and stir for about 2 minutes.
- Add water, salt, soy sauce, and white pepper, and simmer over medium heat for 20 minutes.
- Sprinkle with chopped green onions and serve. It tastes delicious.
