Taro

Ginger

Light soy sauce

White pepper powder

How to cook taro

  1. Peel and cut taro into pieces, set aside
  1. Chop ginger, garlic and shallots and set aside
  1. Heat oil in a pan and add minced ginger and garlic until fragrant
  1. Add the chopped taro and stir for about 2 minutes.
  1. Add water, salt, soy sauce, and white pepper, and simmer over medium heat for 20 minutes.
  1. Sprinkle with chopped green onions and serve. It tastes delicious.
