How to make purple sweet potato glutinous rice balls

  1. First, soak the glutinous rice for more than 4 hours in advance, wash the purple sweet potato and steam it
  1. After steaming, add 20 grams of condensed milk and press into purple potato puree
  1. After mashing, divide into two portions of purple potato puree. One portion of purple potato puree without milk and glutinous rice flour, divide into 10g purple potato balls
