How to make purple sweet potato glutinous rice balls
- First, soak the glutinous rice for more than 4 hours in advance, wash the purple sweet potato and steam it
- After steaming, add 20 grams of condensed milk and press into purple potato puree
- After mashing, divide into two portions of purple potato puree. One portion of purple potato puree without milk and glutinous rice flour, divide into 10g purple potato balls
- Add 20g of milk and 29g of glutinous rice flour to one portion and mix well. Divide this portion into 15g of purple potato balls.
- 15g of purple sweet potato milk puree wrapped in 10g of purple sweet potato puree
- After wrapping, roll the glutinous rice and press it slightly.
- Steam it for 18 minutes.
