Recipe for Red Bean Osmanthus Glutinous Rice Balls
- Soak the red beans overnight
- Pour into the pot and add 1L of water
- Cover and cook for about an hour. Stir it every once in a while to prevent it from sticking to the pot. You can add water halfway through.
- During this time, you can make small balls. Knead glutinous rice flour + warm water into a ball and roll it into small balls.
- After the water boils, pour in the small balls and cook until they float, then remove and rinse with cold water for later use.
- Cook red beans until soft
- Pour in glutinous rice flour and stir
- Add rock sugar according to your preference and cook for a while
