How to make rice wine dumplings with eggs
- Boil cold water in a pot and put the glutinous rice balls in. Add cold water once when the glutinous rice balls are boiling and float to the surface.
- If there is too much water, pour out some of the water in the pot, turn to low heat, add 3 to 4 spoons of fermented rice, then add the beaten eggs, do not stir, and put in a piece of rock sugar
