How to make stir-fried cabbage
- Wash the cabbage and cut into strips, wash and cut the garlic cloves into slices and set aside
- Pour appropriate amount of oil into the wok and heat it
- Heat oil until 80% hot, add garlic slices and sauté until fragrant
- Pour in all the cabbage, turn to medium heat and stir-fry for about five minutes. Finally, add an appropriate amount of salt and stir-fry evenly before serving.
