Roll out the dough, evenly spread the sheep fat filling on the dough, roll it up like making a thousand layered cake, lift it up and slowly roll it up from one side, being careful not to pinch the content off both sides. After rolling it up, stand up and press the cylindrical object flat, then roll it out into a thin pancake. Heat up the pot, and then put the rolled pancake in.
