How to cook shredded beef with spicy peppers
- Mix the shredded beef with cooking wine, starch, ginger slices, salt and light soy sauce, marinate for 20 minutes and set aside.
- Cut the chili pepper into strips, the green onion into strips, and the ginger and garlic into small pieces.
- Pour a proper amount of oil into the pot and heat it until it is 80% hot.
- First, pour in the fermented black beans, ginger, garlic and Sichuan peppercorns, stir-fry over low heat until fragrant.
