How to make spicy and sour cabbage
- Wash the cabbage, tear it into pieces or cut it into sections for later use.
- Chop the chili pepper and garlic and set aside.
- Prepare a bowl of sauce with 4 spoons of vinegar, 2 spoons of soy sauce, 2 spoons of water, a little half spoon of salt, a little sugar and a little starch, mix well and set aside.
- Heat oil in a pan and add chili pepper and garlic. Stir-fry until fragrant.
- Add the cabbage and stir-fry over high heat.
- Stir-fry over high heat until slightly browned and softened.
- Pour in the prepared sauce and stir-fry over high heat.
- Stir-fry until the flavors are absorbed and the sauce is reduced, as shown in the picture.
