How to make spicy and sour potato shreds
- Wash and peel the potatoes
- Cut into shreds, wash and drain the starch.
- Pour oil into the pan, add minced garlic and dried chili peppers when the oil is hot, then add shredded potatoes and stir-fry for a while.
