How to make spicy fried clams

  1. Prepare the sauce first: add a spoonful of cooking wine to the bowl
  1. 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  1. 1/2 tsp dark soy sauce
  1. 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  1. 1/2 tablespoon sugar
  1. A spoonful of starch
