How to make spicy fried clams
- Prepare the sauce first: add a spoonful of cooking wine to the bowl

- 2 tablespoons soy sauce

- 1/2 tsp dark soy sauce

- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce

- 1/2 tablespoon sugar

- A spoonful of starch

- Half bowl of water, stir well

- Cut chili pepper, onion, ginger and garlic into pieces

- Heat oil in a pan and sauté minced garlic, chopped green onion, ginger, and chili pepper until fragrant. Stir-fry evenly.

- Wait until all the clams are open
