- Boil the water, sugar, and butterfly pea flowers together.

- Add the agar powder and bring it to a boil again, then turn off the heat.

- Adding lemon juice will turn it purple!

- The more butterfly pea flowers you use, the deeper the color. For a lighter shade, use fewer flowers.

- Cut into pieces and place in a cup.

- You can pour in Sprite or Genki Forest (sparkling water).
