Steamed snapper recipe

  1. Ask the fishmonger at the market to prepare the fish for you, take it home, make a few cuts on the fish’s back, apply salt and cooking wine, stuff onions and ginger into the fish’s belly and meat, and marinate the fish for half an hour.
  1. Take out the marinated fish and wash it with water, then put shredded green onion and ginger on the bottom, put the fish on top, and also put a layer of green onion and ginger on the fish, and steam it for 15 to 20 minutes.
  1. After the fish is steamed, pour out the soup at the bottom, remove the yellowed scallions and ginger, add the green scallions (for a nice look), pour the steamed fish soy sauce on it, and then heat the oil and pour it on top before eating.
