The method of stir frying pork foam with shiitake mushrooms
- 1-2 green peppers, wash and diced for later use

- 150g shiitake mushrooms, wash and remove

- Cut shiitake mushrooms into cubes and set aside for later use

- 300g meat foam, thaw next to it first

- Put the mushrooms in boiling water and blanch for about 2-3 minutes

- Remove the diced shiitake mushrooms and drain the water

- Mix a soul sauce: 2 tablespoons of light soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of dark soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, a little sugar, a little salt, a little black pepper and white pepper (if you don’t eat pepper, don’t add it, it won’t affect), then add 1-1.5 tablespoons of cornstarch, add half a bowl of cold water and stir well for later use.

- Prepare some ginger slices and minced garlic.
