The method of stir frying ham sausage with potatoes
- Cut potatoes into cubes and soak them in cold water. Diced ham sausage

- Cut glutinous rice sausage into small pieces

- After the water boils, pour in potatoes and glutinous rice sausage and cook for 2-3 minutes

- Remove and drain the water

- Heat oil in a hot pot, pour in blanched potatoes and glutinous rice sausage, stir fry until the surface of the potatoes turns golden brown, about 3 minutes

- Pour in the ham sausage and stir fry a few times

- 10g of Liupo chili noodles, pepper or cumin powder at will, 2g of salt, 10g of ripe white sesame seeds

- Stir fry evenly and remove from the pan
