How to make fried soybeans with pepper and minced meat
- Prepare materials as shown in the picture

- Heat a pan, heat oil, stir-fry onions, ginger, carrots and star anise for about 1 minute.

- Add ground beef and stir-fry evenly

- Add soybean sprouts, 1 spoon dark soy sauce, 2 spoons light soy sauce, half spoon salt and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
