How to make taro paste baked egg milk
- Prepare all the ingredients.
- Squeeze the taro paste into a baking bowl. Adjust the amount to your preference; I went with a half-and-half ratio.
- Crack two eggs into a bowl
- Add fine sugar
- Add milk and mix well
- Add corn starch, stir well and sift once
- Then pour the egg mixture into the baking bowl
- Preheat the oven to 180°C and bake for 30 minutes
