How to make toast
- Prepare the above ingredients. There is no limit to the type of sausage. I just happened to have corn sausage. You can also use instant noodle sausage. It doesn’t affect it. Then the normal ratio of eggs should be one slice of toast, but I am afraid of too much protein, so I use one egg for two slices of toast. You can adjust it yourself.
- Use a knife to cut off the middle part of the toast. Don’t cut it too small or too close to the edge, because the filling will be placed in the middle. If it is too close to the edge, the filling will easily overflow; if it is too close to the inside, the filling will not be able to accommodate it.
- After cutting, the toast is ready.
- Next, chop the intestines into small pieces. The smaller the better, so that it is easier to cook later.
- Beat the eggs. Because I use one egg for two slices of toast, I need to control the amount of eggs to half.
- Heat butter in a pan over low heat (I use the third gear on my induction cooker)
- After the butter melts, place the toast border
- Continue to lay half an egg. If you plan to eat an egg with a piece of toast, then lay one egg.
- Continue to add the minced intestines, and control the amount of minced intestines to half.
- Then add some black pepper (I use ground pepper instead of salt)
- Then cover the middle part of the toast. I will press the toast in with my hands. You can also use a spatula, whichever is more convenient.
- When it’s almost time, you can flip it over and fry the other side.
- When the other side is almost cooked to this degree, you can serve it on a plate.
- Finally, you can add some parsley for garnish. If you like strong flavors, you can add some black pepper on the surface. If you like sweet flavors, you can add some sugar. Let’s eat~
