How to make tomato and mushroom soup

  1. Wash the tomatoes and cut them into cross sections. Wash the white jade mushrooms and cut them in the middle. Set aside.
  1. Bring water to a boil, add tomatoes, turn over with a spoon and cook for half a minute, remove.
  1. Then put the white jade mushroom into the pot and blanch it for 2 minutes. Remove and drain out the water. (I forgot to take pictures of the white jade mushroom blanching process.) Peel and dice the tomatoes and set aside.
  1. Put a little oil in the pot, heat the oil to 7 minutes, stir-fry the minced garlic until fragrant (I forgot to take a photo of the minced garlic), then add the diced tomatoes and stir-fry until the juice comes out.
  1. Put the white jade mushrooms into the pot, then add the light soy sauce and tomatoes and stir-fry evenly.
  1. Pour boiling water over the ingredients and cook for 5 minutes (cold water can also be used).
  1. Add salt to taste and finally add coriander.
  1. The delicious tomato and mushroom soup is ready! Start enjoying this delicious treat!
