How to make tomato and mushroom soup
- Wash the tomatoes and cut them into cross sections. Wash the white jade mushrooms and cut them in the middle. Set aside.
- Bring water to a boil, add tomatoes, turn over with a spoon and cook for half a minute, remove.
- Then put the white jade mushroom into the pot and blanch it for 2 minutes. Remove and drain out the water. (I forgot to take pictures of the white jade mushroom blanching process.) Peel and dice the tomatoes and set aside.
- Put a little oil in the pot, heat the oil to 7 minutes, stir-fry the minced garlic until fragrant (I forgot to take a photo of the minced garlic), then add the diced tomatoes and stir-fry until the juice comes out.
- Put the white jade mushrooms into the pot, then add the light soy sauce and tomatoes and stir-fry evenly.
- Pour boiling water over the ingredients and cook for 5 minutes (cold water can also be used).
- Add salt to taste and finally add coriander.
- The delicious tomato and mushroom soup is ready! Start enjoying this delicious treat!
