How to make tomato Sliced pork soup
- Peel the tomatoes, cut them into pieces, and cut a small amount of ginger and scallions for later use.

- Wash the pork and slice it thinly (shredded meat is also acceptable). Add cornstarch and a small amount of water, shake well, add an appropriate amount of salt, and then shake well.

- Add a small amount of corn oil to the pot, heat it up, then add scallions and ginger and stir fry until fragrant, then add tomatoes and stir fry until they become soft.

- Add an appropriate amount of water and simmer until the tomatoes are soft and tender, then add an appropriate amount of salt to the soup. I can’t master much, let’s put a little less and taste it first.

- Pour the sliced meat into the soup, gently stir, and bring to a boil before serving. Sprinkle with scallions, and you’re done.
