Practice of Tricolor Quinoa Whole Wheat Mantou
- Soak in boiling water for over an hour in advance, or boil in boiling water for 10 minutes, wash and drain

- Using yeast water and noodles

- Add quinoa and knead it into a smooth dough

- Fermentation is twice as large, just use your fingers to poke it without collapsing or rebounding. That’s good

- I added a little more dry powder and kneaded 5 small pills, about 100 grams each

- Knead it round, kneaded it high, and dried it in about 10 minutes before steaming it

- Steamed on high heat for 15 minutes and simmered for two minutes

- Out of the pot, I broke open one

- I’ve finished one and there are still four left 😂
